What is included in the tour price, and are there any additional costs?
Our service is a Private Car with Chauffeur (Japan Private Tour) format, focusing on freedom and comfort. The inclusions are as follows:

• Chauffeur Service (10 Hours/Day): Our drivers are local experts who also serve as Driver Guides. They provide essential information and highlight key check-in points before you explore each site at your own pace.

• Premium Care: Our dedicated staff is on standby to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible, for up to 10 hours per day.

• Airport Transfer Services: A Glabma representative will meet you at the airport upon arrival and provide a direct transfer to your accommodation or destination.

• Attraction Booking Assistance: For popular sites requiring advance reservations (such as Tokyo Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan, or Ghibli Park), Glabma will facilitate the online booking. For other locations, you may purchase tickets as needed.

Additional Information:

Language: If you require a driver who speaks Thai or English, please inform us in advance during the booking process.

Booking Requirements: As this is a private service, please book at least 7 days in advance with a minimum of 2 travelers.

Exclusions: Meals, entrance fees for self-selected attractions, and other personal expenses are not included.
How are children charged for private Japan tours?

For the safety and comfort of your family, our policy is as follows:

1. Infants (Under 2 years old):
Transportation: No charge (must sit on a parent's lap).
Accommodation & Meals: Stay with adults using existing bedding (no extra bed) and meals are not included.
Fees: A Fixed Fee applies based on the actual number of nights stayed (this fee is not averaged with the adult rate).

2. Children (3 years and older):
Following Japanese safety standards, children must have their own dedicated car seat and bed. Therefore, the standard adult rate applies.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 8+ days before departure: Full refund (No cancellation fee).

• 3-7 days before departure: A deduction for actual expenses incurred will apply, including:
Hotels, Flight/Train Tickets, and Entrance Fees: 100% non-refundable (per Japanese provider policies).
Private Car Service Fee: 50% refund.


• Less than 3 days before departure: No refund will be provided as all service arrangements and payments have been finalized.
How far in advance should I book my Japan trip?
We recommend booking at least 30-45 days in advance to secure the best itinerary and vehicle. For High Season in Japan—such as Cherry Blossom season (late March - April), Autumn Leaves (November), or New Year/Songkran—we suggest booking 2-3 months ahead, as premium vehicles and accommodations fill up very quickly.
Why do prices vary for the same itinerary at different times?
Prices are adjusted based on the actual seasonal costs in Japan:

High Season: (Sakura, Autumn foliage, Long holidays) Hotel and flight costs increase due to high market demand.

Low Season: Prices are significantly lower, ideal for travelers seeking the best value and a more tranquil atmosphere.
